How to apply your strip.

01 · Clean & dry

Clean your nose and dry the skin completely. Avoid applying over lotion or oil.

02 · Peel & position

Peel off the backing. Position the strip across your nose, following the placement shown in your product instructions.

03 · Press & remove

Press both ends firmly for a secure hold. When finished, loosen gently with warm water and peel off slowly.

Single use only. Follow the instructions included with your product. Apply to intact skin and stop use if irritation occurs.

Our Story · built by a husband and wife

It started with something
we lived with every day.

BreZen started at home, with a breathing difficulty and a question we kept coming back to.

01 · The Real Story

A personal starting point.

My husband had difficulty breathing through his nose. That experience brought nasal strips into our everyday conversations.

We looked beyond what a strip does to how it feels to wear: at work, at night, and while moving.

We started building BreZen together.

02 · From the beginning

We built BreZen from scratch.

From the packaging design to the illustrations and the arrangement of every word, we worked through the details ourselves. We wanted BreZen to feel like something we had put thought and care into, inside and out.

03 · Samples, setbacks & starting again

It took more than a few tries.

We explored strip shapes, chose adhesive materials, tested the pull and flexibility, and went back to new samples again and again. Many attempts did not work as we had hoped. There were moments when we wondered whether we should stop.

We are glad we kept going. Each round helped us understand what mattered in different moments of the day: the feel of a strip at work, the lightness we wanted at night, and the hold we looked for during movement.

That process shaped our three lines, each with materials and construction chosen for its own setting: Day, Night and Sport.

04 · Three Lines

Three scenarios. Different constructions.

The Everyday. For daytime routines, with breathable non-woven material in Beige or a discreet polyethylene film in Clear.

A few things to know.

How does a nasal strip work?

BreZen strips sit on the outside of your nose and gently support the sides while you wear them. The illustration above shows this external support mechanism.

Which BreZen line should I choose?

Choose The Everyday for daytime routines, The Calm for your evening routine, or The Athlete for custom sweat-resistant material and reinforced sport adhesive. Compare all three strips →

How many strips come in a box?

Each box contains 30 single-use nasal strips. The Full Routine brings together one box from each line: 90 strips in total.

How do I apply and remove a strip?

Apply to clean, dry skin. Peel the backing, position across the nose and press the ends firmly. Remove gently; warm water can help loosen the adhesive. Follow the instructions included with your product, and stop use if irritation occurs.

Do the strips contain any medication?

No. BreZen nasal strips provide physical support from outside the nose. They do not contain a drug or go inside the nostrils.

What materials and adhesive do you use?

The Everyday uses non-woven material in Beige or polyethylene film in Clear. The Calm uses non-woven material in Lavender. The Athlete uses custom sweat-resistant acetate material in Black or Rose Pink, with reinforced sport adhesive. All three lines use medical-grade acrylic adhesive.

Can I reuse a strip?

Each strip is designed for single use. Apply a fresh strip to clean, dry skin rather than reusing a removed strip.

What if the strip does not stick well?

Start with clean, completely dry skin. Avoid applying over moisturizer or oily skin, and press both ends firmly after positioning. If the fit or hold still feels wrong, contact us for help.

What should I do if my skin feels irritated?

Remove the strip gently and stop use if irritation occurs. Do not apply over irritated or damaged skin. Follow the package directions and seek professional advice if discomfort persists.

How do the subscription plans work?

Choose monthly (1 box), every 3 months (3 boxes in one shipment), or every 6 months (6 boxes in one shipment). Payment and delivery follow the selected schedule. Each subscription option shows the original price, discounted price per box, and total charged per delivery. Subscriptions renew automatically. Skip or cancel anytime using the management link in your subscription email. Subscription orders and the Full BreZen Routine are excluded from all additional discounts.

Can I combine discount codes?

Welcome and creator codes each offer 10% off eligible one-time purchases. Only one 10% code may be used per order. The welcome code is valid on your first order only. Subscriptions and the Full BreZen Routine are excluded from all additional discounts.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Use the management link in your subscription confirmation email to skip or cancel future deliveries. If you need help, email hello@brezenlife.com. Our team replies within 24 hours. Cancellation stops future renewals; returns for an order already placed follow our returns policy.
